Ration card is mainly needed for the address proof as well as to get government benefits.If it is lost then the application form should be submitted to the nearby food supplier shop.
Document submitted along with form:
- Copy of ration card or old card number
- Address Proof
- passport size photo of card holder
From taluk office they will investigate the application and once its done they will provide the ration card within 60 days.
