How to Attach Files in PPT and MSWord as Icon?

We will prepare documents with the help of MS power point and MS word. There could be scenarios we might need to attach a reference documents or files in the document. This can be done easily as object insertion in MS word or power point. We need to go to insert tab. Click Object now we will get following option. Select the option create from file and give the location of the document.


 Once selected the document select the option display as icon on the right hand side. Now we have option to change the display icon name. Click ok now. We can see the file attached now in the document as icon.
