Google maps introduced new feature in the map application when ever your taxi or auto goes off route it will give you alert or warning message. Generally when we take a drive if the route is unknown to us some one can take us in a wrong direction. This feature is solves kind of such instances. Lets see how it works
Just click on the Get off route alerts and this option alert us the warning message when we go out 500 m from normal route.This will be very useful when we go by auto or taxi.
- Select source and destination in google map
- Click on start directions
Now we could see the option Stay safer highlighted above. Click on that
