Tamilnadu govt issue smart ration card to all the public's and this card is directly distributed from PDS department. In case if we missed the card or we wanted to get duplicate copy of smart card we could download in online. Just follow the below instructions.
Go to https://tnpds.gov.in/login.xhtml
Enter the registered mobile number with head of the family , this will send you an OTP to the registered mobile number. We can login with OTP.
Once we successfully logged in we can see below links to download the copy in PDF format
