Kanthaloor is hill area situated 60 km far away from udumalpet. This is located between udumalpet to Munar. This is very nice and not much explored hill area. Not many places to roam around here but following things are there

Main reason for this place is climate is very nice and lot of small water falls. This hill is the main water source for Amaravathi Dam in Udumalpet. Journey to this destination is completely under reserved forest.
