Duplicate LIC policy can be issued only following issues happened for the policy
- loss or theft of the policy
- destroyed in natural disaster
- lost in the government office
- damaged policy
Document required:
- Address proof
- ID proof with notary public signed
- Copy of one policy premium receipt
- Newspaper advertising copy or FIR copy from police(needed if lost or theft)
Charges will be applicable to get duplicate copy and stamp charge.After submitting the documents with in 15 days we will get the duplicate copy of the LIC policy.
